Their vision for OC Positive Posture has been brewing for years after their own physical and emotional rehabilitation from traumatic and athletic injuries. They understand what it takes to create new daily habits for wellness. Wendy and Christine have taught themselves, clients & patients for over 20 years. They created this system from years of successes and failures during their own personal and professional experiences to guide themselves and their clients to self-discovery because:
